Ingredients:
Custard -2cups
Jelly -1.5 cups
Fruits-1cup(apples,banana,grapes)You can also use other fruits
Cake-1small (Sponge cake)
Method:
Prepare the custard of your choice/flavor and keep it aside.
Prepare jelly of your choice/flavor and let it set.
Cut the fruits of your choice and keep them aside.
Assembling:
- In a pudding bowl ,arrange the cake pieces ,over it pour the custard ,then the jelly and then fruits.
- Repeat the process and finally decorate the pudding with fruits and keep in the refrigerator to set for 2hours before serving.
- Serve cold !!
