Suji Halwa



Ingredients-
Suji (Semolina )-1cup
Atta ( Wheat flour) -2tbspn
Sugar-1cup
Water-2.5 cups
Cardamom powder(elaichi)-1tspn
Ghee(clarified butter)- half cup

Method-
Heat ghee in a wok, add suji and atta ,saute till the mixture turns brown. Add hot water and sugar and mix well. When the ghee starts separating switch off the stove. Add elaichi powder ,mix well .Garnish with dry-fruits and serve hot or warm. Enjoy!!!!

    My mouth got watery on seeing your dish "Suji Halwa".Hope it would have been tasty.My spouse Yasmin Habib is also a very nice dish maker like you.She was once selected in the gr8 kitchen show Master Chief & got out of the show in the 3rd round.She had prepared Halwa out of pumpkin & named it as Pumpkin Delight.The taste of Pumpkin Delight was very tasty & looked attractive to please anybody.I would request my spouse to highlight the preparation of Pumpkin Delight.CONGRATS!
